Been having luq pain for over year. labs say elevated lipase but pancreatitis unlikely ( symptoms don't fit). gi thinking pancreas or muscular. ideas?

There is: an interesting " condition" (or "syndrome") called "Splenic Flexure Syndrome" The splenic flexure is the BEND that your COLON takes on the way down to your rectum and its located under the SPLEEN ( Thus the word"splenic") GAS COLLECTS THERE, distending the bowel thus causing pain. RUNNING makes this worse (often called a "stitch" in the side)
