All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, the data you provided does not support a diagnosis of pancreatitis, nor does it provide any explanation for your symptoms. Wish you good health!

If you're still experiencing that symptom and haven't been checked for a penetrating peptic ulcer of the stomach or duodenum, consult a gastroenterologist for an opinion as to whether a gastroscopy is indicated for further evaluation.
