Got my blood test result. amylase 96 (n: 28-100) lipase 44 (n: 13-60). having upper left abdomen and mid back pain for weeks.. had an ultrasound last week but it says everything is normal. is there something i should be worried about? pancreatitis?

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. If you're still experiencing that symptom and haven't been checked for a penetrating peptic ulcer of the stomach or duodenum, consult a gastroenterologist for an opinion as to whether a gastroscopy is indicated for further evaluation.

Mid 20s, amylase 156 and lipase 152, a few years of recurrent diarrea. No upper abdominal pain. Mildly low b12. No celiac or IBD. Never drank. Is this concerning for chronic pancreatitis or would this be very unlikely given age/symptoms??
Ive had left flank pain and severe nausea, vomiting. All bloods normal except one of the enzymes is elevated associated with pancreatitis. What does it mean if only 1 of the two enzymes is elevated? Its either lipase or amylase that is elevated?
If mid back and abdominal discomfort were caused by pancreatic cancer, would not blood work be off in CBC, amylase, or lipase in a 27 yo male?
What can cause mildly elevated amylase and lipase in a mid 20s non drinker with no family history of pancreas disease? Awaiting tests but doc said chronic pancreatitis and cancer are incredibly unlikely but Im not sure what it else raises those?
