Lipase was approx 500 due to two rounds of alcohol and reduced to normal level in 1.5 days. no stomach pain during admission and now after 3 weeks stomach pains here and there but manageable. blood works normal and us normal.no ct done, pancreatitis?

Would urge thorough evaluation of your liver and gallbladder. Sounds like your pancreas is unafflicted at this point. Best to avoid alcohol, at all times.

You likely had a mild case of pancreatitis and may still be recovering from it. If the symptoms worsen, it would be prudent to see a doctor. Alcohol is a poison that never did anybody any good, ever, so stay away from it. It will destroy your brain cells, damage testicular cells that make testosterone, facilitate development of cancer in many organs, cause hepatitis, cirrhosis and pancreatitis etc
