Breathe and focus: Go to a quiet place where you will not be interupted for the next 10 minutes. Breathe in through your nose slowly and deeply. Breathe out through your mouth slowly. Close your eyes and RELAX. Clear your mind and notice what it feels like to inhale and exhale. When other words or pictures enter your mind say to yourself 'oh well' and return your attention to your breath.
