Some things left : I would clean up your diet , focus on getting healthy proteins, healthy fats and lots of green leafy vegetables ( and optimally nothing else)See your pcp for a full exam and consider with them some basic supplements. Also consider getti ng into cou nseli ng-many really effective and helpful strategies . Maybe take a fun class or join a book club . Best Wishes
