A member asked:

I've tried meds, changing eating habits, exercise, meditation, still have bad anxiety attacks!

Exposure therapy: Exposure based therapy is especially effective for panic and anxiety attacks, gradually, in a systematic way w/ the therapist's guidance, you repeatedly face the feared situations ; symptoms of panic, along w/ relaxation techniques. Facing it once and then avoiding it makes it worse. But w/ exposure therapy, over time, the physical sensations that occur will no longer trigger a panic attack.
