Yoga ; meditation: Meditation, especially as taught in mindfulness-based stress reduction classes, has been shown in at least 47 studies to be useful in reducing stress and anxiety. You learn to train your mind to stay in the moment rather than in past regrets or future worries/anxieties. http://tinyurl.com/nuvfd8s it requires practice. Yoga has a mindfulness component also.
