Yes: People with migraines are more prone to depression. Genetically, there is a relationship between these 2 conditions and we see them occurring frequently together. Of course, if you suffer severe and frequent migraines, you can become secondarily depressed as well. Usually, both conditions need to be treated separately...treating the depression doesn't make the migraines better and vice versa

It depends.: Migraines itself cannot lead to anxiety and depression but anxious people often complain of tension headaches and migraines. Migraines are caused by the relaxation of constricted vascular muscle . It can be triggered by a variety of things, foods rich in Tyramine like aged cheese, pickled food,red wine or stress.
