Could anxiety be causing a pulse in my vision? my vision gets blurry for a sec, and i feel a pulse in my head/see it. it happened maybe 40x today. 32 yo f, gerd, crohn's, migraines, history of lyme disease, gad, depression, sinus tachycardia?

This could be a type of migraine or it could be a manifestation of anxiety. You should have your doctor evaluate this to find out what is causing these symptoms. You might need to see a neurologist to be certain. Good luck to you!
