I have been diagnosed with bipolar depression and anxiety (10years ago). between the ages of 0&3 years, i had mild seizures. they have since cleared. today im 27yrs old & i have intense migraines and lightheadedness. should i see a neurologist?

Not a bad idea: Best will be to start with your GP. It does sound that your history will have to be thoroughly reviewed with previous docs involved in your care and you will need a neurological exam. Based on findings, further tests may be needed and a neurologist may be consulted.
