Fibromyalgia: I agree. Whole-body pain is often fibromyalgia. My priorities for treatment are 1) fix any insomnia trouble so you get restful sleep, 2) manage any anxiety/depression/mood disorders, and 3) address the pain. If you can whip #1, #2, and #3; then the other symptoms may significantly improve. A typical medication regimen may include Ambien (zolpidem) for sleep, Lexapro for mood, and ultram for pain.
