SSRI: An SSRI would be a good choice. These medications have been used successfully for these conditions and have been preferred due to a low potential for side effects. They do carry a black box warning and pt needs frequent monitoring but are very useful in patients with anxiety and depression
Created for people with ongoing healthcare needs but benefits everyone.

The use of the anticonvulsant Topiramax for Migraine is effective in most cases and can be used with SSRIs as well as CBT. I would add Meditation and Mindful Breathing as very helpful as well.

MIGRAINE: Please consult with a Neurologist to receive the correct diagnosis and treatment for migraines. When your migraines are treated your other symptoms may recede. If not please consult with a Psychiatrist and a Clinical Psychologist with expertise in multiple types of psychotherapy. Fears & anxiety are heightened due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
