SSRI: An SSRI would be a good choice. These medications have been used successfully for these conditions and have been preferred due to a low potential for side effects. They do carry a black box warning and pt needs frequent monitoring but are very useful in patients with anxiety and depression

MIGRAINE: Please consult with a Neurologist to receive the correct diagnosis and treatment for migraines. When your migraines are treated your other symptoms may recede. If not please consult with a Psychiatrist and a Clinical Psychologist with expertise in multiple types of psychotherapy. Fears & anxiety are heightened due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Stay safe & hopeful to elevate your immune system.
