My response: A urine drug screen does not always pick up what it is designed to do. Would repeat. However, you need to know that use of narcotics on a daily basis can cause Chronic Daily Migraines, so, best you handle future needs with a different approach. Talk to your internist.

See neurologist: It appears that you may even have a transformed headaches from frequent use of opiates. I presume that your sinusitis is being treated. If you have had migraines lasting up to 5 days, it is time to consult a neurologist who may assist you in weaning off of the opiate and treatment to control your migraine. As for the urine test, I have no idea why hydrocodone was not detected.
