Evaluate the pain: lipomas of the abdominal wall do not cause significant pain. See your doctor to investigate the cause of the abdominal pain. It is not from a lipoma.

Needs more eval: Lipomas are benign fatty growths. They may or may not cause pain. The pain may or may not be related to the lipomas. I am unable to determine that without a thorough history and an exam and possibly other tests. Please see your doctor for evaluation.
