I have multiple, painful lipomas on my abdomen. it hurts even to lay down but not all the time. it hurts on and off during the day.

Sometimes when the lipoma works its way into the muscle or connective tissue planes in your body, they need more invasive surgery rather than a simple bedside procedure.
