Unlikely: Lipomas can cause pain but I don't think that I would blame severe left lower abdominal pain on a lipoma on the right "side" (flank, I assume). I would have the abdominal pain evaluated by your doctor or urgent care today.

Possibly: Abdominal pain on the left side can have many causes. Some severe and some not life threatening. My suggestion would be to be examined by an Emergency Room doctor as soon as possible if indeed you are having severe abdominal pain. Good luck
