Common site for lipo: lipomas are fatty benign tumors located under the skin. They are usually multiple and frequently found on the abdomen. They were probably there before they were noticed and can grow up to a few inches in length. people have them removed to make the diagnosis of the lipoma or because they become painful or unsightly
