Follow instructions: Just continue to follow the dentist's instructions as well and continue taking your prescribed and regular medications on schedule, unless directed differently by the Oral Surgeon or your dentist. Dry socket is a very rare complication after immediate denture surgery. As your mouth heals, the denture may become loose. Your dentist will help you with soft tissue conditioner as needed.
