I just got 5 teeth extractions and was still kind of bleeding when the nurse put my temp.dentures in with adhesive. i am worried that when i take them out after 24 hours, i pull the clot out and get dry socket?

The bleeding is a good sign of no coming down with a dry socket. The dentures act as compression bandage over the bleeding sockets and promote healing. The clot will be well formed after 24 hours, so just follow post extraction instructions.

Don't worry you won't pull the clot out with the fixative. Follow the dentist's instructions and sfter 24 hours start rinsing with salt water three time a day. If the symptoms continue call the dentist.
