Time should heal.: I am happy the foreign body came out the sore throat should heal with time so should the blood shot eye. The pressure generated when coughing up the denture caused the bleeding of the eye veins. If it is in the white of the eye by your description it would resolve with no problem in time. There is no harm in seeing a doctor if you have access. Throat lozenges may help or gargle antiseptic solution
