Tooth: Firstly not a good idea to smoke especially after oral surgery. Clot appearing black may be normal. If there is no redness or increased pains or even pus, the area is unlikely to be infected. The "white cloudy stuff" may be dead tissue from the surgery... but if the symptoms persist please call your dentist.
