A member asked:

Would a ct colonoscopy potentially show any lesions on pancreas ? or would it not be scrutinized enough or show up if they weren't looking for it ?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Depends on size: of pancreas lesion. If one is looking for a small pancreatic lesion, it is best to have a CT scan directed toward visualization of pancreas or MRI or even an MR cholangiogram (MRCP).
