Why cancer?: Cancer usually asymptomatic so it would be unlikely to cause symptoms till late in the disease. and late cancer can usually be seen on a CT, so it is good that yours is negative. The symptoms you describe are general and happen with many different benign diseases. Have your MD check to make sure you do not have a stone in your common bile duct, or intestinal ulcer or reflux or other benign dx
