Colonoscopy: Would be part of the workup for unexplained LLQ as it can visualize the inside of the colon, a possible culprit for your pain. If it is going to clarify and shed light on diagnosis is unknown yet.

Would a CT Scan of the abdomen/pelvic show a colon tumor? Or are those not visible on a CT scan? Normal CT scan... not a virtual colonoscopy one.
