1 x1.5cm lump found in pancreas. colonoscopy/endoscopy/ct next 2 weeks. pain 8/10, not eating, weak, tired. lost 10kgs last 3 months. what do i do?

Pancreas mass: Pancreatic mass, abdominal pain and weight loss are very concerning. Why wait 2 weeks to perform the next studies? Ask your physician or gastroenterologist to expedite the workup. In view of your current findings, the abdominal ct scan and endoscopic examination take precedence over the colonoscopy in my opinion.

Pancreatic mass: Discuss with your doctor medications to improve appetite like Marinol or megace as well a nutritional supplements like Ensure. and pain management as that may be affecting your appetite. Once you have a final diagnosis discuss institutions that have lots of experience with your condition, contact them and get an opinion . 1x1.5 is small-in the right place w/ surgery prognosis may be good

Pancreatic lumps: Any "lumps" in the pancreas are concerning and should be evaluated promptly. How was it found? Sounds like you are on the correct tract to getting the diagnosis. Would keep all appointments and ask specific pointed questions of your doctors about the results.
