Definetely,: By definition prosthodontists replace missing natural teeth with fixed or removable appliances, such as crowns, veneers, dentures, bridges, and implants. Prosthodontists receive three years of additional training and he/she is master of complete oral rehabilitation.

Crown replacement : Yes, prosthodontists and general dentists make recommendations to protect teeth with dental crowns or onlays and evaluate them with time whether they need replacement because they may leak /develop recurrent caries or open margins occur. Then they may recommend replacement. Discuss material used and technique.
