Very Few: Either you can pay for your treatment outright or you can apply for a loan or put it on a credit card. You are asking that your dentist give you an interest free, unsecured personal loan. That's not a realistic request, since small businesses are not set up for that. Your other option is to save up for the treatment if you are unable to secure a loan.

Care Credit: Sorry to hear about your misfortune. CareCredit is a healthcare credit card that can be used for dental procedures. This is a healthcare credit card, offered by more than 65% of all dentists to help patients like you access the care they need and want without insurance coverage. You don't pay for 18 month.

Not With Him/Her: If your current prosthodontist isn't offering any other financing solutions, then you must decide if you are willing and able to stay with him/her. If you feel comfortable there, have trust and a great relationship, and feel confident that you'll get a nice result, then try to accept whatever payment options are offered. If you absolutely have to find a new prosthodontist, that can be stressful.
