Sores: (1) Let your dentist know about your condition. You may find you are allergic to dental material. (2) Avoid spicy, or acidic food so as not to irritate sores. (3) Keep your mouth clean at all times. Avoid using much tooth paste as any chemicals may irritate your sores further. (4) Check if you are a mouth-breather--makes sores worse. (5) Anti-inflammatory meds of your choice if you can take them.
