In last 24 hours I've had frequent stabbing pain on my right side below belly button. The pain comes and goes. I have also started to feel weak and a little nauseous. My periods are often heavy and painful also. Otherwise I feel ok . Should I worry ?
I have IBS-D and gastritis. I know I can't take NSAIDs but why do I get stabbing pain (lower left large intestine) with cramps when I take coated Tylenol? The pain comes on 12 hrs later and lasts the whole day. EVERY time I take it.
