GYN: It is quite difficult to feel your own cervix: you may have a vaginal infection or abscess which requires an internal pelvic examination and cultures.

Very abnormal: Your symptoms are very concerning and should be evaluated by your gynecologist. There could be abscesses,hematoma, or a growth near the cervix causing back pressure into the uterus.
