Several things: Gas, constipation, ovarian condition, kidney stone, appenducutis are all possoble. Need to see a doctor for an examination if the pains persist.

Appendicitis: There are other dxs: diverticulitis, infectious colitis, constipation, ileitis . Seek advise.
