Inguinal hernia : Most likely source at your age would be inguinal hernia or left testicle. Less likely would be diverticulitis or colon cancer. Inflammatory bowel disease less likely without other symptoms. All these should be considered. Have your doctor examine you and have appropriate testing asap.
