I'm struggling with anxiety which led to depression. i'm on meds and in therapy. things don't appeal to me anymore. what else would you suggest?

Anxiety: It is very common to have reduced energy levels and loss of enjoyment when experiencing anxiety and depression . I know it us very difficult to motivate yourself but it is very helpful to eat right, get appropriate amounts iof sleep and EXERCISE . Exercise makes you feel good, provides a sense of accomplishment and regulates brain chemistry. Start out slow and stick with it- you will feel better
