What to do if i have always had a really lumpy head. i am wondering whether i have something like plagiocephaly?

Nothing to do: Plagiocephaly means a lopsided head, mostly referring to babies who had been sleeping on one side of the head. A lumpy head in an adult does not need any treatment.

Plagiocephaly: Unlikely you have plagiocephaly as most of the asymmetry is in the face and around the eyes - lumpy heads are not part of the disorder.
