Wouldn't think so: Craniosynostosis is a process that becomes evident during the rapid growth of the skull in the 1st year. During the process the open suture lines allow the skull to change into a distorted shape. Distortions from sleeping position are driven by gravity, which is diminished after the kid sits, stands walks for most of the day. Any issue with head shape relates to infant issues/ position.
