Head shape: It's not surprising there is a bit of asymmetry. The increased blood flow to the side of the head where the body needed to get rid of the hematoma likely led to a bit more bone growth on that side. The good news is that even if it is plagiocephaly, it is likely to correct itself as he is still very young. Most cases of plagiocephaly self-resolve. Have pediatrician monitor and give it a few months.
