Hi doctor,iam 6weeks pregnant.i've taken sonogram test.there is no yolk sac and fetal pole.size of gestational sac is 21.8mm.is it problematic?

Maybe: If your dates are accurate then there may be an issue. But suppose your dates are not exactly accurate. Off by a week or two can make a world of difference on an ultrasound . Best talk to your doctor. He will correlate with blood level of HCG and go from there.
