See your doctor: Leukocytes in the urine means there is an inflammation or infection. They do not tell us what is causing the inflammation. That is why it is best to have a urine culture done before starting any treatment. The culture will help guide choices in treatment. An exam by your physician will help determine if herpes is an issue.

Leukocytes: Leukocytes, when positive in a urine sample, only prove that there is "pyuria" or pus in the urine, which can indicate an infection. It does not identify what pathogen is causing an infection.
