See your doctor: Leukocytes in the urine means there is an inflammation or infection. They do not tell us what is causing the inflammation. That is why it is best to have a urine culture done before starting any treatment. The culture will help guide choices in treatment. An exam by your physician will help determine if herpes is an issue.
