UTI: hi, You might still have a residual infection but because you have taken Antibiotics your UA doesn't show Nitrate (depends on when you have taken the Antibiotics last). Also I'm sure a kidney function has been done and also Urine Micro (the shape of RBC and WBC been looked at under Microscope ), how much protein? If you have these info please let me know. Also repeat UA in 2 wks, get a Sono.
