I took an at home uti test. twice i was negative both times for leukocyte and bright pink positive for nitrite.... does this mean i have a uti??

Yes you most likely : Nitrites are highly sensitive and specific for UTI's. It is unusual that you don't have any or negative leukocytes (WBC's) though. I suggest that you go and visit your physician or local urgent care for a more accurate test to confirm the diagnosis of a UTI and to possibly get a urine culture and sensitivity done. Symptoms of a UTI include frequency, urgency and painful urination. Good Luck!
