Biceps and Triceps: Your arms are made up of 2 major muscles, the tricep and bicep. The tricep is 2/3 of the arm and is works by extension exercises and ones elbow. The bicep is 1/3,and is worked by flexing the arm towards the shoulder at the elbow joint. I would recommend googeling exercises for each muscle and doing them 2x/week. Losing body fat ,cardiovascular training, and a proper diet will also help tremendous
