Hello. : Hello. It is likely that the connective tissue in this area is pretty stretched out and won't get it's bounce back. It is kind of like an elastic band. It is very stretchy initially. But if it becomes overly stretched out over a long period of time, it is likely to lose it's give. The best thing that i can suggest is to work on muscle tone in your arms, but that won't reduce batwings. Congratulations on your weight loss.

Arm Lift: Congratulations on significant weight loss. Patients who have “bat wings” under the upper arms benefit from arm lifting surgery (brachioplasty). This operation involves directly removing excess skin and adipose tissue of the upper arms, thereby improving the contour. Of course, the trade-off associated with the operation is the presence of a scar; optimal positioning of the scar is important.
