Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without examining you. Are there other issues, e.g, pigmented skin spots or patches? Family history of similar lesions? One possibility is neurofibfromas. It would be prudent to see your doctor for an evaluation.

Lumps: I suspect these are lipomas or benign fatty tumors under your skin but I can't be sure. You need to go see your doctor and be evaluated. They are easily diagnosed if this is what they are and can be removed easily if they bother you.

Must be seen/exam: I suggest a dermatology exam. Without photos or exam there are multiple causes: cysts, deposits, lipomas, fibromas, etc. Unfortunately, cannot diagnoses here.
