Oats: are carbs so try not to eat them daily, maybe twice a week. They need help to give you a nutritious breakfast. Consider a cereal bowl size service of oatmeal and add any of the following: berries, nuts, cinnamon, raisins, etc. Avoid sugar, and even brown sugar. Peace and good health. Protein makes for a good breakfast and whole eggs are fine.
