Low carb and HIIT: Body fat is stored when you eat too many sugars and starches. One way to get your body in a fat burning mode is to have your first meal of the day be protein and healthy fats(olive oil, coconut oil, grass fed butter, egg yolks) and NO carbs. The best exercise to shift your body into fat burning is high intensity interval training.
