A calming routine: Are you using food to try to calm yourself down? Practically speaking it can be helpful to set up a routine that involves healthy food and activities. Be encouraged that you are asking the right questions. If you can figure out what's going on underneath the addiction, you should feel some relief. You might benefit from overeaters anonymous.
