No such luck: The only way to lose weight is to eat less and exercise more. Increased daily activity can help burn some of the fat but eating less and low calorie foods are more effective. Shift to plant based foods like fruits and vegetables and reduce the amount of fat in your diet as much as possible. Also limit the amount of sugar in foods, deserts and avoid sugary beverages.
