I'm trying to lose body fat in less than 1 month without eating just vegetables and fruit but other foods that have protein ?

Any healthy weight loss program limits weight loss to no more that 2-3 pounds per week. More than this and you run the risk of causing hormonal fluctuations that will actually make you more hungry, and activate compensatory mechanisms that will actually prevent weight loss. Slow and steady, using increased exercise to build muscle and eating healthy foods is the way to do it.

The best way to lose body fat is daily intensive exercise + restricting calories intake. Fat and carbohydrate are stored in fat tissues when you eat more calories than you can burn them with metabolism. High protein foods do not make you fat.
