Can a ent tell by looking at the size and shape of tonsils there is a tumor in it? i am concerned because i have 1 tonsil 2+ & other 3+. no testing.

Probably: A tumor of the tonsil has a characteristic appearance and an ENT surgeon could have a suspicion by looking but a biopsy would be required to make a diagnosis. Most enlarged tonsils are inflammed or infected, not involved with a tumor. If you are concerned, you should see you local doctor.
