After ent visit for sinus issues; i was told of loose skin, tear drop shaped hanging from right tonsil. i have no pain or discomfort. i go back in 5 weeks for follow up. should i be concerned, and what is it?

Skin is not a right term for tear drop structure hanging from the tonsil. It is unlikely to be anything worth worrying about. Do keep your follow up appointment. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. Get HPV and Covid vaccines.
